The Bed and Breakfast is located in the center of the city, very near Vatican city, between San Peter's and Castel Sant'Angelo. It is a few meters from the metro station "Ottaviano-S.Pietro" (line A) which is directly connected with the main rail station "Termini" where trains from the airport and other major cities arrive. The apartment is located in a very fine building, built in 1905. All the rooms are facing the courtyard inwards therefore the atmosphere is tranquil.
The Bed and Breakfast is located on the ground floor, the external walls are made by bricks and are very thick (about 1 meter), so the climate inside the apartment is very fresh during the summer (and warm in the winter).
There are double and family rooms but it is also possible to ask for a single room. Each room is fully furnished with private bathroom.
Our prices (including breakfast) are the following: double room for single 45 Euro, double room 60 Euro, 3 people room 85 Euro.
To reach the b&b from the airport
Take the city train from the airport to Termini station (the main railway station), then in Termini station get the metro line "A" and get off at the stop "OTTAVIANO - SAN PIETRO"
To reach the b&b from the railway station
(the railway stations with trains from abroad are Termini, the main one, and Tiburtina)
From Termini station get the metro line "A" and get off to the stop "OTTAVIANO - SAN PIETRO"
From Tiburtina station get the metro line "B", get off at TERMINI, then get the metro line "A" and get off to the stop "OTTAVIANO - SAN PIETRO"
To reach the b&b by car
Coming from out of the city, the best thing is entering using Via Aurelia or Via Flaminia. The best thing is then following the signs for S.Peter or Vatican City
Of course you can also take a taxi from the airport or from the railway stations.
Il Bed & Breakfast è situato nel centro di Roma, a un passo dal Vaticano, tra San Pietro e Castel Sant'Angelo. E' a pochi metri dalla stazione della metropolitana (linea "A") "Ottaviano-S.Pietro", che collega direttamente alla stazione Termini. L'appartamento, completamente ristrutturato, è in un palazzo signorile costruito ad inizio secolo. Tutte le stanze si affacciano su un cortile interno (non su strada) e godono pertanto di ambiente tranquillo e non rumoroso.
Il Bed & Breakfast è situato al primo piano, tutti i muri esterni sono realizzati in mattoni pieni e sono molto spessi (circa 1 metro), cosi' all'interno dell'appartamento si gode di un clima particolarmente fresco in estate (e caldo in inverno).
Ci sono stanze doppie e per famiglie ma e' possibile anche chiedere una stanza uso singola. Tutte le stanze sono con bagno privato.
I nostri prezzi sono: £. 80.000 la doppia uso singola, £. 120.000 la doppia, £. 160.000 la tripla.
Come raggiungere il b&b dall'areoporto
Prendi il trenino che conduce dall'areoporto alla Stazione Termini. Qui prendi la metropolitana (linea "A") ed esci alla fermata
"OTTAVIANO - SAN PIETRO"
Come raggiungere il b&b dalla stazione ferroviaria
(le stazioni ove arrivano i treni a lunga percorrenza sono Termini, la principale, e Tiburtina)
Dalla stazione Termini prendi la metropolitana (linea "A") ed esci alla fermata "OTTAVIANO - SAN PIETRO"
Dalla stazione Tiburtina prendi la metropolitana (linea "B") ed esci alla fermata TERMINI, qui prendi la metropolitana linea "A" ed esci alla fermata "OTTAVIANO - SAN PIETRO"
Per arrivare al B&B con l'automobile
Si possono seguire le indicazioni per S.Pietro o il Vaticano. In ogni caso, dal raccordo anulare, conviene prendere la Via Flaminia oppure la Via Aurelia, quindi il Lungotevere ed infine Via Cola Di Rienzo.
Ovviamente dall'areoporto o dalla stazione e' possibile anche prendere un taxi.
